Dress Code and Etiquette
Bali golf clubs require the same standard of dress and etiquette as private and semi-private clubs elsewhere. Make sure you observe high standards of dress and presentation at all times.
Bali’s caddies are well trained and knowledgeable about all aspects of the game of golf. They are not only a useful complement to your game, but often provide an extra element of enjoyment. It is customary to tip your caddie at the end of the your round. Ask the caddie master or pro shop for a guide as to how much you should pay.
You can rent high quality clubs at all courses in Bali. It is desirable to request your preference in advance, either direct to the club or through your tour operator.
Ngurah Rai Airport
Bali’s international airport, Ngurah Rai, has recently been significantly upgraded and when fully functional will offer a vastly improved entry and exit experience into Bali. The airport is located midway between the Kuta-Seminyak tourism hub and the Nusa Dua and Jimbaran resort areas. Travel time to and from the airport to these destinations is usually 20 to 40 minutes.
